Today, Matt and I made what could be the world's Biggest Apple Pie. This sucker was HUGE! It took 25 apples, all of which I peeled by hand, then Matt sliced by hand. It was a labor of love. I hope the pictures do it justice, because it was massive. The pie was about 9 inches high, and slathered with caramel and pecans. There were also pecans layered inside the pie inbetween the apples. I know, your mouth is probably watering just hearing about it! We have plenty of leftovers!!
