Snakes, Turtles, and Cookies, Oh My!

Today, my friend Hillary and I took our kids to the Bean Museum at BYU. (Hillary's little boy Joe, is Jordyn's BBBBBFF- yep, lots of bests). While we were there, they brought out a snake and turtle for the kids. Much to my surprise, Jordyn wanted to pet the snake. She was not scared of it at all, and spent a looong time watching it. Tyler wanted nothing to do with it.
But, he did love the turtle.
Nice pose, Ty!
Just a totally random picture of them in the play room.
The for FHE, we decided to start making some walls for our Gingerbread house we'll be making later this week. Matt decided to indulge the kids with some cookies, which ended up being a J and a T. Look at the excitement!!

I used to take my students there on field trips when I taught at Foothills! It's a way fun place! Jordyn rocks, even as an adult I'm afraid of snake, fearless that one!
