Saturday night most of the family on Matt's side came down, and we had dinner, cake and ice cream. We made Tyler a bowling cake, and he loved it! (I forgot to put the stripe around the top of the pin, so it doesn't look quite perfect, but oh well). Tyler LOVED it! As soon as he saw me frosting it he grabbed a fork and started running towards it. Luckily I snatched it in time. Here's the cake:
Cute Grace, wearing Tyler's horse apron.
After they got the racetrack open, they all had to sit around and play it. It was a pretty cool present. Jojo got Tyler a tool belt with plastic tools, and he loved them both!
After presents, we had cake! Tyler has been praciticing blowing out candles for a few weeks now, and so he did great.
So, that brings us to today! For Tyler's birthday, we made yummy muffins that Tyler requested for breakfast, played at the McDonalds playplace with friends. Then, after Matt came home from work, we went bowling (surprise, surprise!), then stopped at Brick Oven for some pizza. Tyler got a big piece of cake, they waiters to sing to him, a balloon, THEN a balloon artist came and made the kids balloons. Much to Jordyn's extreme excitement, the guy made her a Cinderella. Notice how she's holding the hand? Yeah, she's in love.
Tyler asked for a monkey, but he wouldn't sit still for a picture. It was such a fun day, and I can't believe that Ty is 2!
