Easter!

We had a great weekend! Lots of fun and relaxing, and plenty of chocolate to go around. :) Before I post my pictures, I have to tell a funny story.
For church on Sunday, they had the primary come up and sing a song in the middle of the talks. I didn't know they were going to do this, but when they announced it, we told Jordyn and she got all excited. So, singing time came, and Jordyn went up with the primary (she's so big! *sniff sniff*). Tyler freaked out that he couldn't go up. He started screaming, so Matt told me to just let him go. So, I did. He ran up to the front yelling "Hi Jornyn!" waving his hand at her. Then he went and stood on the stand with the primary and sang. It was so cute. Both of them, so funny. But when it was over, the flood of kids came back down, and we couldn't find Tyler. Jordyn got to us, but no Tyler. Matt had to go search for him in the front of the meeting. It was so funny though, and both kids were so proud of their singing.

The BEST part was that Jordyn's sunbeam teachers were taking pictures of it with their cellphone, (they did it, not me! haha) and they sent me one. These teachers are the best ever, and they love Jordyn's class. It's so fun. So here's a picture of Jordyn singing with her friends:

So here we are Easter morning. The kids were watching Matt give them instructions to find their eggs we hid. They were excited...

We missed the middle, but here's the end with some candy!

Then we got them in their Easter clothes. I was loving the bright orange, it was very 'spring-y' haha. And of course, cute pose.

Matt even took a picture of her hair for me because (and yes, I'm so vain) it turned out SO cute.

During Jordyn's photo shoot, Tyler got some reading time in in Jordyn's room. See how cute? They matched :)
