To My Main Man

It's not our Anniversary, and it's not even his birthday! But goodness, I love this guy. This blog usually seems to center on my kids, but today it's all about him. In a very public way, I want to to tell you that I love you Matt. You're amazing, and I am so happy to have you in my life.

Through thick and thin, we make a great team. Life has not been easy for us, but it's been wonderful all the same. I can't imagine facing life without you. You seem to make the sun shine for me on a cloudy day, and a bring a smile to my face when nothing else can. I could not have imagined someone more perfect for me. You're silly, funny, and in those quiet moments when it's just us, I am more myself than around anyone else. We are crazy together, and I love it! I love that we have so much fun toghether, that we laugh and share secrets. I have known you since the ripe age of 12, and sometimes I feel like we are still kids together.

I know that I take you for granted sometimes, always knowing that you'll just be there. And you always are. But, I want you to know that I love you, that I appreciate you and all you do for our family. That I admire your dedication to your work and your motivation to keep striving to be better. You lift me up, and have shown me love I didn't know existed until I met you. Thank you for being my rock. My best friend. Thank you for being you. I love you babe.
