My Tyler is 3 today. THREE! I mostly have to tell myself over and over because really I can't believe it! Where have the last three years gone? My little man is so grown up. What a journey the last three years have been.
He came into this world, happy and calm. I still remember vividly Matt saying on the drive home from the hospital that we had surely lucked out with two easy going, calm babies. Well, how wrong he was! :) Soon after we got home, Tyler started giving us trouble. He was a hard, hard baby. Between reflux, colic, major jaundice, constant gas pains, never sleeping, etc, it was a rough time going for me.
You would never know looking at this picture, though. He's such a cutie!! He was a very good eater though. He chunked up fast from his 7 lb, 5 oz birth weight. (In his first 2 weeks of life, he gained 3 lbs!!)
But, luckily a little before Tyler turned 1, he morphed into a more happy, mellow baby. He has been that way ever since.He came into this world, happy and calm. - He hates shoes and socks, and never leaves them on unless absolutely necessary.
- He loves bananas, strawberries and oranges
- He has mastered the jump 360 turn in the air. I'm hoping this leads to something athletic that gets him a gold medal someday :)
- He is a jumper. He'll jump off anything, everything, no matter how high or what he's landing on.
- He loves to read and dance.
- He also loves his computer and video games.
- His favorite 'people' are Lightning McQueen and Mario
- He LOVES to snuggle. Unfortunately, lately his favorite time to snuggle is at 3 am. But he's such a good snuggler, who can say no?
- He also loves to kiss. Ask anyone that has ever said goodbye to him...
