Last week, I sent Jordyn off to her first day of Second Grade! It was a lot less hard than 1st grade was, she is used to the all day school schedule, and was just...ready. She loves school and does so well, so it was fun to see her so excited to go back. She loves her new teacher and new class so far, so here's to a great year! Holy cow though, I have a 2nd grader....

Then FINALLY! Tyler started his first day of Kindergarten yesterday. I say finally because this kid has been dying to go to school for a really, really long time now. He's been so ready for so long, it was hard to be sad about it. What a handsome little dude!

Tyler also got a really good teacher, one that he and Jordyn have both had before for preschool a few years ago, so Tyler (and I) are really excited about having her again. He's already reading way above Kindy level, and he's just so ready for school everyday. The first day he did NOT want me to walk him in. He fought it for so long, until I finally told him it was going to be that way and he just had to deal with me walking him in! :) Then today, he jumped right out of the car without even saying goodbye. He headed straight to his class with his friends and that was that! Here's to a great year for Tyler, too!

Tell Jordyn I LOVE her dress she wore on her first day and I pretty much want one like it for me.
I can't believe how grown-up Tyler looks. He just seems SO much older to me, I don't know why.

HOw fun!!! I totally just noticed that tyler is in landon's class! I am excited he got Leber too! I have heard nothing but great things.
