9!

My sweet Jordyn just turned 9. I'm not sure how we went from this to this so fast. 

She picked out a purple flower cake, which was fine with me! Super easy.

A few days after her actual birthday, we had a little party for her. She invited a few friends, and had a movie and pizza party, and everyone came in their pj's. It was a lot of fun, and she's gonna miss these girls so much when we move!

Haha, this cracks me up. Jordyn's friend Rosslyn always has boxes of these oatmeal creme pies at her house, and Jordyn loves to eat them when she's over playing. So Rosslyn's mom sent a box to Jordyn for her birthday. Too funny!!

Next year, she'll be in 4th grade. It makes me sad and excited to think of how old she's getting, and how fast time is flying. 4th grade!! She is such a sweet girl, very sensitive and emotional, and loves her friends. We're starting to hit that "tween" attitude thing, but it's kinda fun so far. She is a fantastic helper with Jacob, and the other kids. She is crafty and loves outdoors.

Jordyn has some of the best friends (girls and boys) that any parent could ask of their child. It is SO hard for me to take her away from her amazing friends, and their families. But she is my little outgoing girl and I know she'll be ok. But these kids, ugh, it hurts to leave them! Jordyn has found such great kids and I'm so grateful for them in her life.

Happy birthday to my oldest, my pretty girl, and my guinea pig. :) We love you to the moon and back.
