I've gotta get this down, and get through my saved draft posts. We had SUCH a fun time with Marie and Rob a few weeks ago when they came to visit grandma and grandpa in Colorado. My kids have really been missing having cousins around to play with, so it was so much fun to have them here to play with all day everyday!
The boys just picked up like it was nothing. Non stop playing, and the favorite was to play games.

We drove up to Carter Lake to go boating, and we got to switch the kids in the car. We had Ben and Grace this day.
The beach was niiiiice and empty when we got there. That quickly changed, but we still had fun. The lake was SO high, so there was less beach than there usually is.
Such a beautiful day for boating. I didn't get any picture of us boating, it was a lot of work to get the kids in and out, and I left my camera on the beach. We were just having too much fun!
The next day, we took them to the kids museum to play with us. It was a lot of fun to play with them. We enjoyed the cool robot exhibit.
This is Jacob's favorite part of the museum, the train!
The outside play water.
More games at Grandma's house.
We had to hit Estes Park and go mini golfing. We finally had a day where it might be warm enough, so we went for it. I'll have to say, some of the kids were really, really competitive about the golfing, which I didn't expect. But we had a great time!
After golfing, we hiked up to Alluvial Falls. It was apparently destroyed by the flood a few years ago, so it was not the hike we were expecting. The path was washed away, and there were a lot of rocks everywhere. The kids were tough and we did what we could.
More games!
Jacob was fascinated by baby Isaac. He mimicked everything he did, down to making me feed him his food like a baby and holding his cup for him. He is the baby I guess, and he takes it seriously. :)
We had SUCH a fun time with them. Too bad they live so far away, but we can't wait to see them again!
