October and November Recap

These are just some random pictures from way back when. Halloween! Seems like forever ago...

For some reason this year, the kids had to match each other. So Jordyn and Reagan were both witches, and the boys were both Ninja's. It was really cute! We had a fun and warm night trick or treating with friends, then we went to G&G's house for pizza dinner. 

This picture makes me laugh everytime. Uncle Kenny is a very popular guy around here. The kids are always making his do crazy things. He's such a fun uncle!

This is a funny sequence I took one day of Reagan while she was telling me a story. She is always so animated, I can't help but laugh when she's telling me a story. And this one specifically, I was too busy sneaking pictures I had to have her tell me it again. Ha! 

Sometimes, Jacob and I go to visit the cememtary where my brother Eric is buried. I find it a good perk of living in Colorado, where we can visit often, and tell the kids all about his while we're there. Jacob is so used to going, that one day he ran up and said "take a picture of me and Uncle Eric!", and stood right by the headstone. He already understands that Eric is in Heaven and it's not a weird or taboo thing. I love it. 

Every month, the schools do late start day, and at Jordyn's school they have an all-school meeting that afternoon. A few months ago, 5th grade was in charge, and they did a presentation for the school about their unit of study on the body. I caught this picture of Jordyn on the big screen in the presentation. She is learning so much! So proud of this cute girl.

Our local museum does a weekly Discovery Days with crafts, and fun stuff to do. We LOVE it. It's a great way to get out and get creative. Reagan made a cute glitter thingy one day. 

Our first snow! The kids were out there first thing in the morning in their pajamas playing. 

The ping pong table didn't get much use for it's inteded purposes for a while. Jacob likes to use it for his trains and legos. 

Dance party! We love to have dance parties, no one more than Jacob and Reagan.
